What is included in your rates?

Our rates include site, power, water, and sewer utilities.

Is TV service available?

Xfinity cable and internet is available at each site.  Guest may also get satellite service or pick up over-the-air channels.

Is Wi-Fi available at every site?

Accepted Answer

No, Green Caye RV Park only offers Wi-Fi access at our pavilion for light use only (emails, light surfing). Guests that will be downloading or streaming videos will need to provide their own internet access.  Websites that offer streaming and downloading of videos like Netflix, Hulu and Vimeo are restricted from our Wi-Fi access.

Is Comcast Internet available at every site?

Yes, Comcast Internet is available for both back-in and pull through sites for an additional charge.

Guest can click on the Comcast Internet or Comcast Cable links above to set up service online.  Contract agreements are month to month. Service address is 2400 Green River Lane Site #   Dickinson, TX 77539

When is my rent due?

Guest staying weekly must pay at the time of reservation. Guest staying monthly must pay the prorated first month amount at time of reservation.  Subsequent payments are due on the first of the month.

Can I have my mail or packages sent to the rv park?

No, Green Caye will not accept packages at our office.  Guest needing mail service would need to visit the local post office to inquire about a PO Box.

Do you have a laundry facility?

Yes, our coin-operated laundry machines are located in our pavilion. We restrict access to current guests only.

Do you have showers?

Yes, showers and restrooms are available in our pavilion. Access is restricted only to current guests and they are cleaned five times a week.

Do you allow pets?

Yes. We allow two pets per site.

Do you have any restriction on dogs?

Yes. We do not accept:
Airedale Terrier, Akita, American Bulldog, Australian Cattle Dog, Belgian Malinois, Bouvier Des Flandres, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dutch Shepherd, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Komondor, Kuvasz, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Puli, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler and no extra large breeds, Great Danes and St. Bernards or any dog deemed as an “aggressive” breed, as determined by management.

How many people can stay at my RV site?

Our rates cover two people. Additional charges apply for additional occupants. We allow a maximum of 4 guests per site.

How many vehicles can I have at my RV site?

We allow a maximum of two vehicles per RV site.

Can I have a BBQ pit at my site?

Yes, small barbecue pits are allowed.

Where do I put my trash?

There are designated trash receptacle areas near sites. We collect trash on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

When do you mow the grass?

There is not a set day, but it is about every two weeks during the summer.

Question 17

How do your gates work?

Accepted Answer

You can enter the gate by the convenience store at any time using your key card or number on key card. To enter any of the other gates, you would need a remote – you can purchase  remote for a $35 non-refundable fee. You can exit any gate without a remote.
